Blooms Top | Final Sale

Our Blooms top is such a pretty top for summer.  It has a ruffled sleeve detail with smocking at the shoulder, and a ruffled neck detail with button closure at the top.  It is a light blue color with pink florals.  It has a split hem detail and fits true to size, but does not have a lot of stretch.  Pictured in the small.
